Typical breakfast food a with new direction toward the Filipino Palate.  You will never go wrong with their Cinnamon toast, best paired with coffee. A regular of fine would be their omelets, especially their Mushroom omelet.

Feeling Waffles? Why not have a Waffle Fold-over that you can add scoops of ice cream, m&m, chocolates and peanut butter, you can actually request the waffle to be crispy for that hot and cold dessert feel. Try it on your next Tour at Bataan!

Ima Flora’s Pamangan is a dining place in Pilar area at the junction of a crossroad going to Mount Samat National Shrine of Valour. It is known for Pinoy and Foreign visitors at Bataan.

What seems to be home memorabilia for Ima’s house like bikes, medals, hats and stuff alike, became some of the interior designs and mural display of this cafe. (Turning out excellent and classy).

Here you can order Lechon, rice, vegetables & Kare Kare, also not to mention their Adobong Balut which happens to be the crowds favorite! This place is a good option if you want to buy a few snacks as pasalubong or a something you can munch during your extended travels. 🙂

EATS A SIDE TRIP @ Loleng’s Hu Tieu An

When in Bataan, never leave the place without trying the food at Loleng’s Hu Tieu-an. (I mean it man! This is classic!)

Food is available for Pinoys looking for that authentic Vietnamese taste. According to the staff, Aling Loleng became a friend with a Vietnamese refugee during the 70’s who later taught her how to cook the Vietnamese way.

Their bestsellers are the hot Hu Tieu (beef and seafood) rice noodles and the Bahn Mi sandwich. But there are other items like the fried rolls (Bun Cha Gio) and Vegetable salad that are also must-try.
